View menu. Change the Display Performance to Typical or High Quality. Possibly the freelancer has set each image individually to "Fast Display" in which case you should activate Clear Object-Level Overrides.

Are you saying the images aren't there at all or they're pixelated?

Could be the links are modified or missing.

You might have to select each image.

Every image is a grey box with an "X" in it.

When I click on each image, it says High Quality Display and that is the only thing checked (allow object-level display settings is not checked and clear...... is greyed out). Thanks.

Our other person who got this document first did send it over to be backsaved from CS 4 (the freelancers) to have me backsave it to CS 2 which this person has. So maybe it is also the images are missing as the images didn't come w. the doc. Thanks.

That is no small detail...Yes, the images are missing and since INX
doesn't have proxy images all you'll get is gray filled frames.
